Last week, the S.C. Senate agreed to take up the Human Life Protection Act (H. 3774) for debate. Tomorrow, the Senate has the opportunity to pass the bill, but two important steps must be made:

1. Vote for cloture to end the filibuster.
2. Move for passage and vote to pass the bill. 

Every week, 200 unborn babies die in abortion clinics across the state. Our Senate can vote to end this inherently evil crisis.
