The 2024 March for Life at our nation’s capital is a few short weeks away. The Sisters of Life and Knights of Columbus will host their annual Life Fest rally Jan. 19 before the march. It will be held at the D.C. Armory, 2001 E Capitol St. SE in Washington.
Doors open at 6:00 a.m. and the event begins at 7:00 a.m. The rally includes a performance by Damascus Worship, talks, testimonials and most importantly Eucharistic Adoration and holy Mass. Cardinal Sean P. O’Malley, OFM Cap., will be the homilist.
The March for Life is more than a political rally. We march as Catholics to give witness to the beauty and sanctity of human life. We march for and to the glory of God who created each of his children.
The Life Fest helps us keep Christ at the center of our efforts — without him, the pro-life movement is fruitless. As Jesus said, “Just as a branch cannot bear fruit on its own unless it remains on the vine, so neither can you unless you remain in me. I am the vine, you are the branches. Whoever remains in me and I in him will bear much fruit, because without me you can do nothing” (Jn 15:4-5).
Life Fest tickets are $10 per person. To learn more about the event or purchase tickets, please visit lifefestrally.com.
