On Wednesday, March 29, the Senate Medical Affairs Subcommittee is holding a public hearing to deliberate the importance of S. 627: protecting minors from harmful gender medical procedures.
Every child deserves a natural childhood — one that allows them to experience puberty and other natural changes that shape who they will become. Children should not be pushed to receive experimental treatments that can leave them permanently sterile and physically marred for life. They are unable to comprehend and fully appreciate the harms and life implications, including permanent sterility — that result from the use of puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, and drastic surgical procedures.
We must protect children and parents from being pressured by ideologically and financially motivated gender clinics into agreeing to these harmful procedures.
Join us next Wednesday in front of the Gressette Building at 8:30 a.m. to support this important legislation. Please email [email protected] to RSVP for the rally and click HERE to send a letter of support to the subcommittee.
