The results support that Catholic schools outperformed others during the COVID-19 pandemic amid widespread test-score declines. This success is attributed to the continuation of in-person learning and dedicated families and is the reason for carried over success post-pandemic. 

The graphs below suggest that if Catholic schools were a state, they would be the highest performing in the nation on all four tests of the National Center for Education Statistics. Click the images below to view just some of the national averages.
